Value Engineering Value Engineering
Value Engineering (VE) is an effective tool for both continuous improvement and design enhancement. VE optimizes the allocation of limited funds without reducing the quality of a project. Lemley International's team assembles the five phases of VE (Investigation, Speculation, Evaluation, Development, and Presentation) to formulate solutions and recommendations to be implemented into project design, resulting in client benefits such as:
  • Ensuring that the project accomplishes its necessary functions
  • Identifying areas of unnecessary or excess cost
  • Identifying and evaluating cost reducing alternatives prior to the next phase of the project
  • Examining opportunities to add value to the project
  • Identifying and developing strategies to minimize project risks
Using a constant feedback loop of information from project start to finish, Lemley International's VE ensures that each client will be getting the best value for their money invested while maintaining the look, performance and quality of materials on the project.
