Hygiene Management/Mold Assessment Hygiene Management/Mold Assessment
Comprehensive Industrial Hygiene Management and Assessments:
Preparation of company and agency safety programs and procedures. Review and audit of existing site programs and recommendations for bringing programs into compliance. Identification of IH and safety hazards, exposure assessments, recommendation and implementation of control strategies, incident investigation. Specific program management, e.g., asbestos, tank removal, lead, mold, etc. Review and litigation support for chemical or physical agent injury claims.
  • Indoor Air Quality: Assessment of HVAC system and indoor environment for compliance with consensus standards (ASHRAE, ACGIH, AHA, et al). Investigation of complaints of "sick building syndrome." Identification of causes of water intrusion. Sampling for bioaerosols including fungus, bacteria, arthropods, particulates, allergens, carbon dioxide, VOCs in construction materials or furnishing. Design and management of required remediation.
  • Project Health and Safety Plans and On-site Support: Author/review HASPs for government and private remediation projects. Provide staff for on-site H&S monitoring for project duration. HAZWOPER supervisor and refresher training.
  • Health and Safety Program Development: Preparation, review or audit of site or company specific programs and procedures required by federal, state, and local regulation, safety committee organization.
  • Training, Management and Employee: Chemical, radioactive and biological agents, new regulations, HAZWOPER, overall IH and safety in the workplace, chemical and physical hazards, hazcom, emergency response, first responders, confined space entry, asbestos, lead, hearing conservation, waste minimization, ergonomic design, radiation, heat/cold stress, and substance abuse.
  • Emergency Response and Contingency Planning: Preparation of Emergency Response Plans and training in chemical and biological agents as they relate to terrorism or accidental release. Determination of significant exposure risks to workers and the environment, development of response and mitigation plans, conduct of drills, press release collaboration. Vulnerability assessments of facilities and operations.
  • Communication and Recordkeeping: Compliance with new OSHA 300 requirements, hazcom, MSDSs, training, incident investigation. Design and implementation of customized programs, based on potential site hazards.
  • Ergonomic Evaluations: Training, site review of production and office environments, control recommendations and implementation.

Impact Assessments Impact Assessments
With each project there is a level of adjustment to the surrounding areas. Lemley International's damage assessment team is well-versed in all areas of potential damage from incoming structures. They apply their extensive knowledge to first assess the situation and than create a plan that will result with as little damage as possible, while also staying within the legal limits allowed. In the case of a natural disaster or major accident, Lemley International is also capable of assessing the damage to the project and estimating a timeframe and costs to get the project back on course.
